Preparing for college soccer takes commitment from your mind, body and soul. Whether you are a freshman in high school or a graduating senior it’s never too late to implement the right plan for you. We have released seven dates for our spring training for you to choose from. Pick and choose the dates and topics that or best for you.

Session Break Down

  • 9:00am - 9:30am - warm up/ injury prevention/strength

  • 9:30am - 10:10am - topic focus of the day

  • 10:10am - 10-:30am - play

Session #1: March 9th @ Deep Run Park - 9:00am - 10:30am

  • Focused On: 1v1 Attacking Confidence (understand time and space)

Session #2: March 30th @ Deep Run Park - 9:00am - 10:30am

  • Focused On: Target Passing (distance accuracy & weight of pass)

Session #3: April 13th @ Deep Run Park - 9:00am - 10:30am

  • Focused On: Game Speed Dribbling (final pass decision making)

Session#4: April 27th @ Deep Run Park - 9:00am - 10:30am

  • Focused On: 1v1 Defending

Session #5: May 4th @ĒVLV HQ - 9:00am - 10:45am (strength &conditioning talk)

  • Focused On: Tight Space Foot Skills
