Summer Training Program

The EVLV Summer Training is an seven week program that consists of two outdoor sessions per week on Tuesday and Thursdays. This program will heavily focus on three aspects of the game: tactical, technical & physical endurance. Each athlete will be assigned a group based on their skill level and age.

Session Duration: One hour and fifteen minutes [ Sessions will run between from 5pm - 8pm based on your group assignment. Group assignments will be sent out on June 12th]

Location: St. Catherines Goochland Fields

Week 1: Tuesday June 25th & Thursday June 27th | 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Week 2: Tuesday July 2nd | 5:30pm - 6:45pm -NO TRAINING ON THURSDAY JULY 4TH

Week 3: Tuesday July 9th & Thursday July 11th | 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Week 4: Tuesday July 16th & Thursday July 18th | 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Week 5: Tuesday July 23rd & Thursday July 25th | 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Week 6: Tuesday July 30th & Thursday Aug 1st | 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Week 7: Tuesday August 6th & Thursday August 8th | 5:30pm - 6:45pm
