WHAT IS CPP?

The ĒVLV College Preparatory Program is a program the integrates academics, soccer & professional development. Through a detailed plan we help the athletes grow as strong women. To play at any college level it takes passion, a positive mindset & effort.

CPP MISSION

The mission of the ĒVLV College Preparatory Program is to help high school age girls get in front of colleges and commit to their soccer program.

CPP STEPS

1. MEET - Sit down and meet with the athlete and direct family members. This initial meeting is dedicated to getting to know what the athletes wants and goals.

2. PLAN - Information gained for the initial meeting will be used to develop a plan of action for the athlete. (Decisions, Dedication & Destiny)

3. EXECUTE - The plan of action will be carried out by the athletes and the ĒVLV staff.

TRAINING

ĒVLV College Prep is all about consistent training.

KAIZEN

Kaizen means continuous improvement. It is a long term approach to work that leads to efficiency and quality.

ĒVLV offers Kaizen Kamp which is an intense program that gives a glimpse into the demands of collegiate, professional and international soccer.

Kaizen is for the female athlete that wants to be pushed out of her comfort zone by technical proficiency, tactical IQ, physical endurance and mental toughness.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

ĒVLV focuses on building strong and independent females. Through our empowerment sessions and in person meetings,  we work on instilling professional skills and habits.
